Senior Learning & Development Administrator – FTC London Up to £35,000
Our client an established Engineering firm seek a Senior Learning & Development Administrator for a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This role will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and development activity across two key business units. Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the L&D Advisor, you’ll play a central role in maintaining training compliance, managing systems and records, and driving engagement in learning initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating statutory, compliance and competency-based training
- Managing CSCS card applications and training matrixes
- Administering apprenticeships, undergraduate placements, and the PlanBEE programme
- Maintaining accurate records on the HRIS and LMS systems
- Acting as first point of contact for all training-related queries
- Supporting delivery of development plans through appraisal reviews and manager engagement
- Producing reports and coordinating company-wide appraisal processes
This role is ideal for someone with experience in L&D or training administration particularly in construction or engineering who enjoys working proactively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
