Our client an innovative consultancy in the property sector are looking to appoint a Senior Director – Head of Project Management. This pivotal leadership role will oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continued growth of the project management division, working across high-profile commercial real estate projects from concept to completion.

Reporting directly to the executive team, the successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive performance, mentor senior staff, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering the strategic and commercial objectives of the project management function
• Leading multiple complex projects across design, build, and refurbishment
• Managing client relationships at senior level, acting as a trusted advisor
• Overseeing P&L, pipeline management, and business development activity
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team
• Driving process improvement, innovation, and technology adoption
• Representing the organisation externally to strengthen its market reputation
