Senior Director – Agency (Property Sector, London)
Up to £115,000 per annum + £60,000–£100,000 bonus | Full-Time | Permanent

We are working with a forward-thinking organisation in the Property sector to recruit a Senior Director – Agency. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the agency team, driving business growth, and setting best-in-class client delivery standards.

As part of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in developing long-term client relationships, securing major deals, and representing the business as a trusted advisor in the commercial property market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the agency team’s commercial and operational strategy to meet growth objectives
• Managing high-value client relationships and business development initiatives
• Driving pipeline management, CRM adoption, and process optimisation
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing, inclusive team
• Championing collaboration across departments to deliver integrated solutions
• Leveraging technology and data to improve efficiency and service quality
• Representing the organisation at industry events and thought leadership forums
