Senior Account Manager London Up to £60,000 + Comm
Our client, an Award-Winning tech-led business, are looking for 2 Senior Account Managers to maintain client accounts and serve as main point of contact to continue client relationships.
The role as Senior Account Manager will be to fully manage and develop Client relationship in all required ways, serving as the main point of contact for client concerns, operational development, renewals and upselling
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Focus on client retention and renewal of contracts
- Support sales efforts through effective communication
- Visit sites as needed, including for non-technical support.
- Generate progress and health reports for clients and senior leaders.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and coordinate with the sales team.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of Account Management experience, have excellent verbal and written communication and have a proven track record of meeting quotas
