Head of Enforcement South London Up to £55,000
Our client, a fast-growing, Technology-led business, are looking for an experienced Head of Enforcement.
This is a senior operational role where you'll oversee appeals, compliance, Parking Charge Notice (PCN) performance, debt recovery and legal partner relationships. You'll ensure their enforcement processes are efficient, compliant and customer-focused while driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Appeals and Compliance team.
- Monitor enforcement performance, workload and operational risks.
- Oversee PCN performance, appeals, compliance and debt recovery activities.
- Build strong relationships with legal and debt recovery partners.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards and accredited body requirements.
- Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership.
The successful candidate will have previous experience leading operational, compliance, enforcement or administration teams, ideally within parking or a regulated environment. You'll be analytical, highly organised and confident managing stakeholders, with a strong understanding of compliance, appeals and process improvement.
