Senior Digital Content Developer                           Oxford                       Up to £44,000

Our client a leading Training Provider our looking for an experienced Senior Digital Content Developer to join their growing Digital team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the development of engaging, accessible digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 and other authoring tools. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts and our creative team, you'll create high-quality eLearning, support project delivery, mentor colleagues and help drive technical excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Create interactive content, graphics, video, audio and other digital assets.
• Apply instructional design principles and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
• Package, test and troubleshoot SCORM content for Learning Management Systems.
• Support project planning, quality assurance and client launches.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement.

The successful candidate would have previous experience in creating e-learning, strong knowledge of SCORM and have excellent communication skills with the eligibility to obtain the required UK security clearance
