Client Support Design Manager                          Windsor             Up to £50,000+Car Allowance

Our client a Leading Property Consultancy are looking to recruit a Client Support Design Manager.

This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work across a variety of workplace and fit-out projects, managing schemes from initial concept through to completion.

Reporting to the Client Support Director, you will lead on creative and technical design delivery while supporting the growth of an established client base.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects from brief through to handover
• Produce test fits, technical drawings, and presentation materials
• Develop design concepts using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Present ideas and pitches to clients in competitive environments
• Conduct site surveys and translate into detailed drawing packages
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee workload and mentor a junior designer

About You
You will have 5+ years’ experience within a design and build or consultancy environment, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for design detail. Experience producing technical drawing packages and presenting to clients is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects, are key.
