Employee Benefits Consultant                                           London                              Up to £60,000

We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Wellbeing Consultant to join a leading Investment sector firm. This role focuses on supporting corporate clients and their employees by managing and administering a wide range of workplace benefits, including pensions, insurance schemes, and health cash plans. You will work closely with advisers to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily corporate client and employee queries efficiently and professionally
• Administer new business, renewals, joiners, and leavers across pension and non-pension schemes
• Liaise with insurance and pension providers, request quotes, and summarise scheme details
• Support advisers in preparing renewal data, recommendation reports, and client presentations
• Issue policy documents, accounts, and client invoices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, clients, and providers
• Monitor ongoing scheme administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy

About You
You will have proven experience in employee benefit advice within a corporate environment, strong knowledge of insurance products, and familiarity with industry software (e.g., Intelligent Office). Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential. Professional qualifications such as CII RO or GR1 are desirable.
