Junior QA Advisor                                                      London                                             Up to £40,000

Our client a leading organisation in the construction industry are seeking a Junior QA Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Quality Assurance within building services, working as part of a collaborative and experienced HSEQ team.

Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, the successful candidate will assist in maintaining and improving quality standards across multiple operational sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting quality inspections and audits across projects and regional sites
• Preparing audit documentation, reports, and follow-up actions
• Monitoring non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are completed
• Maintaining accurate quality documentation and registers
• Assisting in the development of QA/QC policies, procedures, and templates
• Providing administrative and coordination support to the QA team
• Promoting quality awareness and best practice across operational teams

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a compliance support role would be advantageous.
