HR Executive - FTC London Up to £38,000
Our client, a specialist Management Consultancy, is seeking an HR Executive to join their London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to engagement, talent development and effective people practices within a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Based in London, the role requires attendance in the office at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, policies and employee documentation
- Provide first-line HR advice on performance, conduct, absence and general queries
- Support employee relations processes, including probation reviews, disciplinaries and grievances
- Produce HR reports and support data analysis on absence, turnover and training
- Assist with HR process improvements and systems development
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and benefits administration
The successful candidate at least 2 year’s experience in an HR coordination, recruitment and strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive and professional approach is essential
