Compliance Team Administrator - FTC London – Hybrid Up to £32,000
Our client a leading Accountancy firm is seeking a Compliance Team Administrator to join its London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join a collaborative Compliance team, supporting client onboarding, regulatory processes, and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🟣 Providing administrative support across the Compliance team to improve efficiency and workflow
🟣 Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and arranging meeting rooms
🟣 Conducting compliance checks, including Companies House reviews, PEP and sanctions screening
🟣 Supporting client onboarding processes and digital identification checks
🟣 Maintaining and updating internal systems, records, and documentation
🟣 Collating and analysing data from multiple sources to support compliance activities
🟣 Assisting with ticket management and ongoing monitoring processes
🟣 Supporting team projects and wider compliance initiatives as required
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. Experience within accountancy, financial services, compliance, or a regulated environment would be advantageous. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
