Catering / Hospitality Manager East London Up to £38,000
Our client a well-respected organisation within the charity sector is looking for a Catering / Hospitality Manager. This is a hands-on role overseeing the delivery of outstanding catering and hospitality services across accommodation and events.
The successful candidate will be an experienced catering / hospitality professional with excellent leadership skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment for all guests, residents, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day hospitality operations across the site
- Plan and deliver themed menus and manage wastage
- Leading, training, and motivating the catering and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional service
- Overseeing catering, events, and accommodation services, ensuring high standards are met
- Monitoring budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any service issues efficiently
- Contributing to continuous improvement in hospitality services
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in catering and hospitality management with strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
