Our client a Global Consulting firm are seeking a Business Development Associate to join their practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with prior sales support or business development experience to contribute to a high-performing team.

Working alongside Account Executives, you will play a key role in identifying target clients, supporting pre-sales activities, and helping to drive business growth across the UK and European markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Account Executives with pre-sales activity across defined territories
• Identifying and qualifying target accounts using data-driven approaches
• Drafting compelling outreach and engagement statements for senior executives
• Managing and updating Salesforce and customer databases
• Supporting marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
• Prospecting through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other channels
• Coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and client teams

The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales support or business development, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organisational ability. Proficiency with MS Office is essential, while Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is advantageous.

Fluency in English is required, with French or German considered an advantage.
