Temporary HR Advisor                                  London                                               Up to £50,000 (Pro Rata)

 

Our client, one of the UK’s Top Independent Regulator’s seek a Temporary HR Advisor for up to 6 months working on a Hybrid basis.

 

As a HR Advisor you will ensure effective HR operational service provision, to embed good people practices, to ensure effective communication of HR information, to build line management capability, to provide support for organisational change and build a supportive and inclusive working environment.

 

Key duties include:

 

  • Provide consistent and pragmatic HR advice and guidance.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Manage employment relations issues.
  • Supporting and assisting with the process of payroll
  • Build efficient and effective HR processes.
  • Proactively promote greater awareness and understanding of HR policies, processes and benefits
  • Proactively promote our EAP, memberships, reward and benefits to aid employee engagement to help attract and retain candidates
  • With support from the HR Manager, act as HR project lead with any projects that are identified in response to organisation needs

 

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years HR Advisory experience, proven ER experience and MUST be available for immediate start.
