Receptionist / Team Assistant - FTC London Up to £30,000 Pro Rata
Our client is an established and successful Investment Management firm based in West End who seek a Reception / Team Assistant to join the team.
Key Duties:
• Monitoring and screen incoming calls, taking messages
• Managing front of house duties, greeting guests and advising staff of their arrival
• Providing direction for visitors and staff
• Organising meeting rooms (before and after meetings)
• Organising lunches, refreshments
• Extensive diary management including scheduling appointments and board meetings, both internally and externally
• Event management
• Facilitating travel arrangements – including flights, trains, hotels, restaurants and taxis
• Expenses
• Collecting and distributing incoming mail/deliveries
• Facilitating office repairs/maintenance
• Managing office supplies and suppliers including; stationery, IT equipment, cleaners, recycling, confidential waste, refreshments etc
• Maintaining office filing systems
• Logging deal updates and producing weekly deal sheets for the team
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years Reception / Administration experience ideally from a similar industry
