Quality Manager Hemel Hempstead Up to £58,000
Our client, a Global Manufacturer, seeks a Quality Manager to manage, oversee and implement all required Quality Systems and supporting processes to ensure compliance to business, regulatory and customer requirements.
Key duties include:
- Manage and maintain current Regulatory Approvals (AS9100, ISO9001 & Nadcap)
- Lead Audit Activity
- Customer point of contact relating to Quality related queries/issues.
- Managing a team of up to six inspection personnel.
- Attend and Support Daily Management (Review/Record KPI’s)
- Support NPI process including PPAP, PFMEA and DVI processes when requested by customer contract.
- Support site lead with the completion of Management review process.
- Support Purchasing Lead with monitoring and maintaining Supplier Quality Performance.
- Monthly maintenance/review of the supplier (ASL) Approved Suppliers List.
- Prepare (Quality) Induction Packs for new starters.
- Manage internal calibration system/schedule.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 Years experience of Quality Management in an AS9100 environment.
