Project Coordinator London Up to £45,000
Our client, an established Marine, Offshore and Engineering Consultancy, are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team.
As the Project Coordinator you will prepare and report on project revenue and cost budgets, including the tracking, management and reporting of project revenue and expenditure to enable robust control of projects throughout their lifecycle
Key Duties include:
- Provide integrated and end-to-end project support throughout the project lifecycle, including during client and supplier set up, proposal phases, project creation and delivery, procurement, time and expense gathering, invoicing, and project closeout.
- Facilitate the smooth delivery of projects by preparing and issuing purchase orders to internal and external suppliers according to company policies and project execution plans
- Undertake project analysis and monitoring to identify issues with project setup, revenue and cost recognition, take action to ensure project data is correct
- Produce accurate project invoices to internal and external clients
- Perform cost and progress monitoring and reporting and assist with project revenue and cost forecasting
- Liaise with project delivery teams to maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on the project budget, schedule and cost forecast
- Provide guidance and training to technical and admin staff on project control processes and systems
- Attend project meetings as required
The successful candidate will have previous project control experience with responsibility of cost control ideally from the same of similar industry
