Production Manager – FTC                     London                                             Up to £50,000

Our client, a specialist Management Consultancy operating in complex and sensitive environments, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality digital and audio-visual content across multiple strategic programmes.

This is a senior production role requiring strong end-to-end delivery expertise, excellent organisational skills, and a high level of risk awareness. Based in London, the role requires regular office attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production of digital, film, animation and audio content
• Plan, resource and schedule multiple concurrent productions using internal teams and freelancers
• Act as the first point of contact for production requests, scoping briefs and timelines
• Oversee on-location and remote shoots, including travel logistics
• Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing and expenditure tracking
• Coordinate due diligence, contracts, insurance and risk assessments
• Ensure all outputs meet editorial, safeguarding, data protection and compliance standards
• Manage post-production workflows, versioning and multi-format delivery

About You:
You will have 5+ years’ production management experience, ideally within agency, NGO or International settings, with proven experience delivering content in complex environments.

Strong budget management, stakeholder coordination and attention to detail are essential.

UK Security Clearance is required.
