Marketing / Business Development Coordinator                  London                 Up to £40,000

 

Our client, a leading player in the UK legal market seek a Marketing / Business Development Coordinator to join their busy expanding team.

You will work on hybrid basis, 3 days in the London office and 2 days remotely.

 

The main purpose of the role is to provide full-service Business Development, Marketing and Event support in the London office while also liaising with other support teams in London and the Global Business Development Team.

 

Key duties:

 

  • Provide support to help produce marketing and BD materials including but not limited to: pitches, client alerts, newsletters and blogs
  • Providing support for internal and client events, working with the Senior Events Manager
  • Research tasks covering clients, competitors and the wider market.
  • Gather and collate business content from the team and fee earners to support regular internal communications.
  • Track key dates/deadlines for directories and awards and assist with preparing submissions
  • Maintenance of practice area credentials, key deals, awards
  • Maintenance of website information in relation to lawyer biographies, credentials and other content
  • Maintenance of internal BD know-how resources and general upkeep of the BD team’s infrastructure. Such as updating details on our CRM system, InterAction.

 

The successful candidate must have a Legal industry background ideally with marketing experience.
