HR & Office Manager London Up to £40,000
Our client a creative design-focused organisation to recruit an HR & Office Manager to support their London studio operations. This hybrid role combines people-focused HR responsibilities with office and facilities management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office, including facilities, suppliers, and workspace coordination
- Manage office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and health & safety compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee support
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes, from role scoping to onboarding
- Maintain HR records, policies, and the employee handbook in line with UK legislation
- Support employee relations, probation reviews, and leaver processes
- Coordinate onboarding and IT access with external providers
- Assist with internal events, wellbeing initiatives, and general operational support
The successful candidate will have at least four years’ experience in an HR generalist or office management role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law. Experience in a creative or studio environment is desirable. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside a proactive and independent approach.
