Our client a pioneering Tech company is in their search for a Head of UK Parking Administration. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to lead and optimise the enforcement and compliance function at scale, contributing directly to operational excellence and commercial performance.

You’ll be an analytical and methodical thinker with strong leadership experience and a data-led approach to performance management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all UK Parking Administration activities across the business
• Managing a team of six, including a Team Lead, to deliver key objectives
• Designing and implementing efficient, data-informed operational processes
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks (KADOE, BPA, GDPR)
• Managing third-party debt recovery providers to optimise outcomes
• Conducting data investigations to identify trends and drive improvements
• Reporting operational performance insights to the executive team
• Creating a performance-focused culture of continuous improvement
