Finance Assistant / Team Administrator                  London                               Up to £38,000

 

Our client a Privately owned Property Company seek a Finance Assistant / Team Administrator to support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

 

Key Duties include:

 

  • Assisting in maintaining accurate records for all companies within the group
  • Filing of all regular statutory returns including appointment and resignation of directors, changes of address and confirmation statements using Blueprint software
  • Filing of annual accounts for all companies within the group, prior to submission to Companies House
  • Maintaining an accurate calendar for all companies and ensuring all filings are completed within the required deadline
  • Conducting company searches
  • Drafting / amending board minutes
  • Production, co-ordination and distribution of quarterly board reports
  • Providing support to team by assisting with a variety of administrative and clerical duties
  • Credit cards spend reconciliation and analysis
  • Congestion charge reconciliation and analysis
  • Weekly food analysis for company lunches
  • Holiday cover and occasional backup for Accounts Payable

 

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting a team ideally from the Property industry with some finance knowledge.
