Finance Assistant / Team Administrator London Up to £38,000
Our client a Privately owned Property Company seek a Finance Assistant / Team Administrator to support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Duties include:
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records for all companies within the group
- Filing of all regular statutory returns including appointment and resignation of directors, changes of address and confirmation statements using Blueprint software
- Filing of annual accounts for all companies within the group, prior to submission to Companies House
- Maintaining an accurate calendar for all companies and ensuring all filings are completed within the required deadline
- Conducting company searches
- Drafting / amending board minutes
- Production, co-ordination and distribution of quarterly board reports
- Providing support to team by assisting with a variety of administrative and clerical duties
- Credit cards spend reconciliation and analysis
- Congestion charge reconciliation and analysis
- Weekly food analysis for company lunches
- Holiday cover and occasional backup for Accounts Payable
The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting a team ideally from the Property industry with some finance knowledge.
