Description
Corporate Receptionist London - City Up to £29,000
Our client, a Facilities Management company are seeking a Receptionist to join their busy expanding team
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome all Occupiers & Guests to ensure their arrival and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient
Deliver memorable Front of House experiences by providing a 5-star level of service
Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately & obtain required information to be passed on.
Deal with any queries from Occupiers/Guests and offer assistance in resolving issues.
Ensure to monitor, action and process any emails on the company email account
Attend regular One to One Meetings with the Front of House Reception Supervisor or FOH Manager
Maintain and submit monthly Site reports as specified for your respective site by the Front of House Reception Manager
Liaise and assist with the coordination of Building contractors and have an awareness of works being carried out within the building
Report any relevant information and issues to Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
Obtain knowledge about your local area and proactively offer the information to Occupiers/Guests and team members
Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the Building Management team as and when required
The successful candidate will have previous FOH experience and ideally be available for immediate start
