We are partnering with a growing Construction specialist to recruit a Buyer to support procurement across a range of residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced business where you will play a key role in ensuring materials are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and delivered on time.

Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider team, you will manage supplier relationships, place orders, and support procurement processes across multiple projects.

🟣 Source and procure materials in line with project programmes and budgets
🟣 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
🟣 Prepare and issue purchase orders and manage enquiries
🟣 Monitor deliveries and resolve any supply or pricing issues
🟣 Support invoice reconciliation and liaise with Accounts on queries

You will be responsible for managing significant annual spend, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards. The role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ buying experience within construction. A driving licence is preferred due to occasional site and supplier visits.
