Accounting Software Account Manager
Harrow | Hybrid | Up to £30,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000)
Our client a reputable organisation within the Accountancy sector is looking to recruit an Accounting Software Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients while driving new business opportunities.
This hybrid role combines account management, client success, and sales, making it ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working with technology-driven accounting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Onboard and train clients on accounting software platforms, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing usage
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to maximise account growth and retention
- Support the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations, proposals, and closing new business
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity records within a CRM system
- Provide feedback on product performance and market trends to internal teams
The successful candidate will have experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage, with strong client-facing and commercial skills. Knowledge of core accounting principles is highly desirable.
