We’ve placed countless Executive Assistants with clients over the years, and they always have a huge impact on the daily lives of their bosses, and the company they work for and so we’re delighted to launch the Coby Philips Executive Assistant of the Year Award!

If your EA or someone you know deserves to be put forward fill out the form below before the closing date of Friday 31st May 2024.

All shortlisted nominees will receive a printed certificate and the winner will get dinner for two at a swanky London restaurant, a trophy and the title of “Coby Philips Executive Assistant of the year – 2024”

Terms and Conditions

  • The Coby Philips Executive Assistant of the Year awards are organised by Coby Philips, 8 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4PL
  • All nominees must be informed by their the person nominating them and any submissions will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to be bound by them.
  • All entries must be submitted prior to the submission deadline of 11.59pm on Friday 31st May, 2024. Entries received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
  • Coby Philips will not accept responsibility or liability for any lost, late, mislaid or incomplete entries with all such entries deemed invalid. 
  • All nominees must be aged 18 or over.
  • The winner will be announced in at a date TBC in June 2024. 
  • Nominees will receive a certificate within 30 days of the closing date for entries.
  • The judges’ decision will be final and no explanation, correspondence or discussion will be offered or entered into before or following the judges’ decision. 
  • Additionally, feedback will not be given on any successful or unsuccessful entry before or following the judges’ decision.
  • Coby Philips reserves the right at its own discretion to alter or reschedule the award and / or to change the judging panel and / or these terms at any time and without notice.
  • All nominees grant Coby Philips the right to use their name for PR and marketing purposes.
  • By submitting your nomination, you consent to Coby Philips contacting you via email and telephone with regards to this and future events / services.
  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
